Where is the best place, closest to home, that I can get Sawn Wood at? Can someone help?

    I always get it from Falkreath. The guy there will ship it directly to your home. As far as I know, there's no other way to get wood other than to buy it (definitely could be wrong on this as I never tried a different way).

    Which home in particular do you have? Pretty much any saw mill on the map will do except possibly Half-Moon since there's a quest to kill the owner. That's the only way to acquire sawn wood after using what you get out of the chest on property.
