It's shaping up to be a day of mini delays. Nintendo of Europe has just announced that the retail version of Wii Fit U is being pushed back to December 13th, one week later than the original date of December 6th.
That said, if you already own a balance board you can already play Wii Fit U by downloading the free trial version from Nintendo's eShop, which will last you 31 days. Thereafter, you'll need to purchase a Fit Metre from retail if you want to continue playing; the full download version won't be available to purchase until February 1st, 2014.
