Capcom have announced that they'll be taking Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 down from the Xbox Live and PlayStation Network storefronts. As such, if you haven't picked those games up, this is your last chance to do so digitally.
Exactly why the games are being taken down hasn't been explained yet, but Siliconera are reasonably guessing that is has something to do with the contract issues between the two companies.
Furthermore, it was also announced that the final day that DLC for these games will be available to purchase is 17th December for the North American PSN, 19th December for the European PSN, and 26th December for Xbox Live worldwide.
