Titanfall Beta on Xbox One Has Native 792p Resolution

The Titanfall beta will begin on Friday, and on the Xbox One it will be running a 792p native resolution upscaled to 1080p, Respawn Community Manager Abbie Heppe told Titanfall Blog.

Abbie also noted that the resolution is expected to improve as the team nears the final build of the game and could be in the 900p range by that time.

It's worth noting that many games use odd resolution numbers the way Titanfall is currently doing, but are then upscaled to 1080p.

There is currently no information on Titanfall's framerate, but last August, Titanfall producer Drew McCoy told Eurogamer that "Frame-rate is king" in response to questions about running at 60 FPS.
