Fans hoping to be able to try out a small sample of Watch Dogs before the game gets released this May are not going to get that chance.
Ubisoft Montreal have confirmed that they won't be building a demo for the game, as they need to focus resources on getting it released on time.
Responding to fan questions on Twitter, Watch Dogs' Creative Director Jonathan Morin stated that there will be "no demo planned before release. Sorry for the wait, doing my best..." Morin went on to explain to another tweeter that "doing demos takes time, the focus is on the game. You will see more footage before release. Be patient & thanks for your passion. :)".
