The EZIC Messangers are members of The Order of the EZIC Star and a major character in Papers, Please. The Order seeks to destroy the border and take control of Arstotzka by infiltrating and eliminating the Arstotzka government. In order to achieve this goal, The Order seeks the support of the Inspector to help gain access to Arstotzka and key members of the government that pass through the border.
