Lance Vance is the supporting antagonist in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and a central characer in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
A cocaine dealer and a trained helicopter pilot, he is not seen as an emotional person. Though before his death, what we can see is that Lance was incredibly impatient, and rather rough. This, mixed with drugs, led to his demise.
