A couple days ago i found out if you go to the renameing place if you go in the corner and press the stamp You can pick a marking and a color so when you are looking at your forest from the top screen of the ds your animal has the marking above then so you know what animal it is

To get a yellow squirrel you find a male squirrel and name it Peekaboo it IS case sensitive so the P must be capital do not include the Get a female bunny and name it Eostre it will become a chocolate bunny
